What is it?

The Whistleblowing Channel is a means provided by Grupo Sinergia to facilitate the agile and confidential reporting of irregularities that may constitute regulatory non-compliance. Reports may be submitted anonymously.

The whistleblowing channel allows the receipt and processing of reports on irregular conduct, infractions, offenses or non-compliance with applicable legislation, as well as internal regulations and commitments established by the entity.

How to report?

Who is it for?

This channel is intended for any person who is or has been employed by any of the companies of Grupo Sinergia. At the same time, any person who is or has been in contact with the companies forming Grupo Sinergia, including suppliers, former employees, etc., may use this channel.

What can be reported?

Irregular conduct, all types of infractions, offenses or regulatory non-compliance related, in general, to the activity carried out by our Group.
